ComCCTV 2.0 - DIVA® Video over IP 2.0

Das System: DIVA® (Digital Intelligent Video Architecture) is a fully digital video management, evaluation, and recording system based on IT technology. DIVA® can be used wherever standard video wiring via coaxial cable is not possible and a multi-functional infrastructure is to be established via network technology or where this is already available.

Existing analogue cameras can also be integrated by means of a DIVA® system. Thus, available structures can be retained. With the use of network cameras, it is possible to integrate more or less all digital video cameras into one single system. This way, the most appropriate camera can be used for any specific task.
The heart of DIVA® is a software realised on Windows, being able to control, evaluate, manage, and record video streams. For each camera channel, a “motion detection“ function can be activated, so that the cameras can be used as motion detectors. Event-related recordings, being triggered this way, are stored on a circular buffer, which overwrites or files and saves old recordings according to given criteria.

The SCHNEIDER INTERCOM security and communication platform is the basis for the management surface of DIVA®. This way, a seamless integration of voice and video has been developed. At the same time, the network philosophy and decentral structure of SCHNEIDER INTERCOM are being considered and supported.
