Counter Application Systems are used whereever physical barriers need to be passed: at any type of counter. The goal is a fully natural speech link. It is up to technology to handle it.

Volume of both sides can be individually set from the inside station. Optionally a proximity sensor or a call button can be added on the customer side to activate the system.
